Downtown New Bern Maternity Session--Brooks + Jennifer

I can’t tell you how excited I was to not only be able to photograph this dear friend’s maternity session, but to see her! It has been about 2 years since I’ve been able to spend some time with Jennifer, and boy did it do my heart good to catch up with her and her husband, Brooks.

We went to downtown New Bern to take advantage of the mum arch, water, and beautiful town. I just love New Bern and all its character! The last time I had Brooks and Jennifer in front of my camera was for their engagement session, and now they are expecting a baby girl in just a few short weeks! These two are going to be the best parents, which is evident by the way they talk and the thought they have put into how they want to raise their children.

I can’t wait to meet baby Nora, and am so thankful to have been able to get these guys in front of my camera once more.
